I am a highly motivated educator with over 23 years experience as a teacher, team leader, coach and mentor. For over four of those years, I have actively lead staff as a permanent primary school principal. Every year of service I have been dedicated to building positive relationships, sharpening and leading others to achieve excellence in education. I put children at the forefront of decision making. I deliver educational experiences in creative and dynamic ways and keep up to date with the latest in educational science to ensure the best can be achieved. I have an extensive knowledge of curriculum and I have led other teachers to build their knowledge bank around curriculum and delivery.
