Small Group Tutoring
Small Group is personalised learning opportunity that helps individuals and groups with their learning and social needs and goals. The group uses a guided approach to increase engagement, socialisation and structured learning. During small group individual, partner and small group activities promote social and interpersonal skills using a project-based curriculum where possible. Life-skills for older students are offered such as budgeting, financial management and more is availible.
Service Description:
Small Group sessions are personalised learning opportunity that help individuals and groups with their learning, social needs and goals.
When working with others, your child will learn valuable life skills and be able to learn not only from the tutor but also from their peers. Peer-learning methods are employed where possible as it has been proven to have great results.
During small group we include individual, partner and small group activities to promote social and interpersonal skills using a project-based curriculum where possible. Life-skills for older students are offered such as budgeting, financial management and more is available. The beauty of these sessions is they can be tailored to suit the group's interest areas whilst imbedding rich learning opportunities.
Group Size Variability:
At Inspired Minds, we accommodate small groups ranging from 2 to 10 children—an ideal option for forming study groups with like-minded parents whose children share the same age.
Resources:
Clients are to provide their own exercise books/ scrapbooks and basic stationery and other special resources when requested such as cooking supplies etc.
We provide resources such as art/craft supplies, educational games and resources, extra stationery including glue, scissors, rulers etc.
We will provide other learning materials where applicable.*
